PADI Diver Propulsion Vehicle Specialty

PADI Diver Propulsion Vehicle Specialty Course Thailand - Diving scooters are practical - for a given dive duration, you explore a wider area because you travel faster and cover more territory - and that's fun - DPV does most of the work for you; this reduces your effort and air consumption.

In fact, the better DPVs work, the more fun and rewarding they are. The only downside to DPVs is that once you start using them, you’ll want to have one all the time! During two dives you’ll learn:

  • What to consider when choosing the right DPV
  • Basic DPV techniques
  • How to plan and organize a safe DPV diving experience
  • How to approach depth changes, descents and ascents when using a DPV
  • Basic steps for properly maintaining a DPV
  • Potential problems and hazards of diving with a DPV
  • How to interact responsibly with the aquatic life you’ll see while using a DPV.
